Recruitment week is just around the corner and I am so pumped. I have been waiting for this for more than two years, considering I had to opt out of Recruitment my Freshman year at Baylor. Now I head off to Arkansas in less than a week and Recruitment feels pretty surreal in a way. In preparation for the week I have put together this look for the first round, which is the first two days at Arkansas.
This look is really natural and easy and one of my favorite things about it is that I only use one eye shadow palette, the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette. I bought this palette at the beginning of the Summer and have used it all break. It is great for a quick and easy look so I knew it was a must for this look. It also relieves some stress if you are watching this tutorial with Recruitment in mind. Instead of collecting lots of palettes and eyeshadows, you just have to buy this one palette to achieve the look.
I also use some cult favorites such as the Porefessional from Benefit, and the MAC Studio Fix Foundation, so hopefully you have some of these products stocked up in your inventory.
The look is airy, delicate, and girly, I hope you enjoy my first video. Let me know what you think, or like the post if you enjoyed it. Follow me for more posts like this in the future and other lifestyle and fashion posts!
P.S. Sorry for the constant cross dissolve effect, I talked a lot and had to cut a lot of it out in the video. Therefore I added the cross dissolve to cover up all my cuts.
