Well its that time of year again, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I spent all of my Friday gushing over this year’s items. If you can’t tell, I have a thing for fringe this season. Especially those booties! They are one of the more expensive items on my list coming in at 106 dollars, but they are easily a bootie that can work as a staple in any girl’s wardrobe. They also come in a gray and a cream that are both just as beautiful. Not all of my faves are as expensive though, the Stila Lip Glaze set only costs 25 dollars! Like what?! That is 5 dollars for each of those, you can’t even get drug store lip gloss for that cheap sometimes. I also love the Giorgio Armani set on sale. I have had my eye on their foundation for about a year now so the sale is a perfect time to try it out. We all also need to take a moment for these Kate Spade earrings. Those sparkles are just too fun. I don’t think any girl could have a bad day while wearing those, and even better, they’re only 24.90.
When it comes to the actual clothing on this list, they are all trends I have been gawking over for the past few months. I have wanted distressed light wash jeans and leather pants all Summer to wear in the Fall. Not going to lie I have been a little timid to try the leather pants trend, but the sale might be a great time to try it out if you are slightly nervous about it like me. The denim jacket is actually one I saw Joanna Gaines wear on Fixer Upper a couple of weeks ago, and I instantly fell in love. It is a perfect jacket to throw on in early Fall when it isn’t too cold yet. Especially when you are like me and you’re going to class but want to be comfy, yet still look put together.
Earlier today I mentioned to my friend that I am kind of over dressing for Summer, and that I am so ready for Fall fashion. This sale is making that itch even worse. Now I just have to decide which items I can actually afford, and which ones I will sadly have to say no to. Let me know what you are planning on purchasing at the NSale, or just wishing you could purchase.
